This page explains how to delete your account in RAQET, the padel app by RAQET SPORTS (PRIVATE) LIMITED, and exactly what happens to your data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It is not a pause or a deactivation.
1. Delete in the app #
- Open the RAQET app and sign in.
- Open Settings from your profile.
- At the bottom, choose Permanently delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.
2. Ask us to delete it, without the app #
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, you can ask us to delete your account:
- use the contact form and choose Legal & privacy, or
- email support@raqet.pk with the subject "Account deletion request".
Tell us the phone number (or email) registered to your account. To protect you, we will confirm the request comes from the account holder before deleting, for example by sending a one-time code to that phone number or email.
3. Before you delete #
- RAQET Credits: today, any unused balance is forfeited. Credits cannot be withdrawn as cash. Pending decision How unused RAQET Credits are treated when an account is deleted is awaiting an owner and legal decision.
- Club owners: if you are the only owner of a club on RAQET, transfer ownership to another team member first, or contact clubs@raqet.pk.
- Business profiles: coach, club and organizer profiles, and their bookings, payouts and competition records, are not closed by deleting your personal account. Contact us to close a business profile.
4. What is erased #
- Your phone number, email address, CNIC number, password, display name, gender, profile photo, home club, playing preferences and self-assessment.
- Every signed-in session, device push token and Google or Apple sign-in link.
- Your notification history, and your name on notifications your messages created for other people.
- Your personal details inside the account-change history you created.
- Your access to any club team you were part of.
5. What is kept, and why #
- Matches, results, ranking history, bookings and competition entries, because other players' records and rankings depend on them. They show as "Deleted User".
- Messages in conversations other people are still part of.
- Payment, refund and receipt records, for accounting and legal obligations.
- Reviews and reports, because they belong to another person's record or a safety case.
- Your player number and home city on the anonymised record, and a record that the account was deleted.
A deleted account takes no part in current Season tables or in Top 8 or Finale qualification.
Approved change, being built Three deletion improvements are being built. A deleted account will be removed from current Season tables and qualification (today it can still appear there as "Deleted User"). Your current city and location consent will be cleared (today they stay on the anonymised record). And your player number will no longer be shown for a deleted account.
None of what is kept is linked to your name, phone number or email after deletion. How long each kind of record is kept is described in our Privacy Policy.
