Online payments on RAQET are not live yet. This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work in the app, and how refunds will be paid once payments are live.
This policy explains when you get money back on RAQET. The app always shows the rule that applies to a specific booking, and the exact amount, before you confirm a cancellation.
1. Who you are paying #
RAQET is operated by RAQET SPORTS (PRIVATE) LIMITED. Courts belong to independent clubs and coaching is delivered by independent coaches; RAQET arranges the booking and collects payment where payments are live. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), shown before you pay, with the court share, any RAQET service fee and the total listed separately.
2. Matches and court bookings #
- Each player pays their own share of the court, unless the organizer pays for a place.
- Each club sets its own cutoff before the start time as part of its setup on RAQET. The app shows it on the club and on the match, and your refund when leaving depends on it.
- If a match is still incomplete at its cutoff, it is cancelled automatically and every payment for it is refunded.
- If the club declines or cancels a booking, you are refunded in full.
- Leaving before the cutoff: your payment is refunded. The app shows the exact amount before you confirm.
- Leaving after the cutoff: you can still leave, but your payment is not refunded for leaving, even if another player takes your place. The app says so before you confirm. If the whole match is later cancelled, your payment is refunded then.
- If the organizer cancels the match, paid players are refunded.
- At a player-provided venue, RAQET does not book or refund the court itself; any RAQET service fee follows the same rules as other RAQET payments.
3. Coaching #
- A confirmed session can be cancelled free of charge more than 6 hours before it starts, and the payment is refunded (or the session returned to your package).
- Within 6 hours of the start, a session cannot be cancelled in the app. Talk to your coach in the session chat, or contact us. Approved change, being built Inside the 6 hours you will be able to request a cancellation with a full refund, or a new time, and your coach can approve it. An approved new time moves the same booking, with no second payment.
- If your coach proposes a new time, nothing changes unless you accept it; the same booking moves, with no second payment.
- If the coach or the club cancels, you are refunded in full. Approved change, being built When a coach cancels, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a new time you both agree.
4. Competitions #
- Entry fees are set by the club or organizer and shown before you register.
- If a competition is cancelled, entry fees are refunded in full.
- You can withdraw an entry at any time before the competition finishes. Today, a paid entry fee is refunded when you withdraw.
- Approved change, being built Every paid competition will have a withdrawal cutoff set by the organizer before paid registration opens, and shown to you before you register and pay. Withdraw before it: full entry-fee refund. Withdraw after it: no refund for withdrawing, unless the competition is cancelled or another published rule applies.
5. RAQET+ #
RAQET+ is not on sale yet. When it is, cancelling stops renewal and your benefits continue until the end of the period you have paid for. A waived service fee is never refundable as cash or credit.
6. How refunds are paid #
- Refunds go back to the original payment method where the payment provider allows it. Where that cannot be done automatically, our team handles the refund as a manual case.
- Where the app offers the choice, a refund can be taken as RAQET Credits. Credits are a closed-loop balance for eligible match, tournament and coaching payments in RAQET; they cannot be withdrawn as cash. Today, deleting your account forfeits any unused credits. Pending decision How unused RAQET Credits are treated when an account is deleted is awaiting an owner and legal decision.
- Only what was actually charged can be refunded. How long a refund takes to arrive depends on your bank or wallet provider.
