What is RAQET?
A padel platform for Pakistan that connects players, clubs, coaches and tournament organizers.
Where is RAQET available?
We are launching first in Islamabad, with more cities to follow.
Can I book a court on this website?
No. Players book matches, courts, coaching and tournaments in the RAQET app. This website is for information and business access.
When can I download the app?
The RAQET app launches first in Islamabad. As soon as it is on the App Store and Google Play, the Download page links to it.
How do payments work?
Online payments are not live yet. When they are, each player will pay their own share in the app through a licensed payment processor, and RAQET will never see full card details.
What happens if a match does not fill?
Each club sets a cutoff before the start time. If the match is not complete by then, it is cancelled and payments are refunded.
Does RAQET+ improve my ranking?
No. RAQET+ never changes ranking points, Padel Score, ranking order, Top 8 or Finale qualification, or any result.
How old do I need to be?
You must be at least 16 to have a RAQET account. Players under 18 may need a parent or guardian’s permission where the law requires it, including before paying. See the terms.
How do I list my club, offer coaching or run tournaments on RAQET?
Write to clubs@raqet.pk, coaches@raqet.pk or organizers@raqet.pk. Every business account is reviewed by the RAQET team before it goes live.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings from your profile and choose Permanently delete my account. Without the app, use the Account deletion page. It also explains what is removed and what is kept.
